Day 15 - Start of Week 3

Okay so I weighed myself this morning and I need to be honest with myself. I'm not really following any plan at all. No wonder I was up 1 pound.  I think though that I've been lax because I'm still getting used to my new schedules and life living with the parents.

Oh well. I will get back on track. Even when I pledge to practice every day!!!

Exercise

I walked to the courthouse twice today to deliver files which means I walked a total of 12 city blocks and after a weekend of yard work and weeding my thighs were SORE!!
